Quick Start Guide

Choose your deployment method and get monitoring in minutes

Desktop Application (Windows & macOS)

Full-featured GUI application for Windows and macOS. Works standalone or with cloud sync for remote access and alerts.

Download

Get the latest desktop release:

Download for WindowsDownload for macOS

Install & Launch

  • Run the installer
  • Launch Pinger from your desktop
  • The app runs in your system tray or menu bar

Enable Cloud Sync (Optional)

Recommended for remote monitoring and automatic alerts:

  1. Settings → Cloud Sync
  2. Click "Enable Cloud Sync"
  3. Sign in with Google

Note: Cloud sync is optional. The app works standalone with local monitoring and your own SMTP email.Learn more

Add Devices

From the app or web dashboard:

  • Click "Add Device"
  • Enter name and IP address
  • Start monitoring!
