Pinger provides network monitoring services that allow you to monitor network devices and receive alerts when devices go offline. The service includes desktop applications, Docker containers, and cloud-based monitoring.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your API keys and credentials secure
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the service
• Not monitor devices without proper authorization

Free Tier Limitations

The free tier includes:

• 1 agent (location)
• Up to 25 devices per agent
• Unlimited cloud monitors
• 30 days alert history
• Email alerts

We reserve the right to modify these limitations with reasonable notice.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

Data and Privacy

Your use of Pinger is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy to provide monitoring services.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Limitation of Liability

Pinger and WBM Tek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
